1. General Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria outlined below. To request a refund, please contact us at support@venarolixent.com with your order details and reason for the request.
2. Workshop and Course Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- You have accessed less than 20% of the workshop or course content
- You have not downloaded or completed any assignments or exercises
- The workshop has not yet commenced (for scheduled live workshops)
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues prevented access to content for an extended period, and we were unable to resolve the issue promptly
- The workshop or course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- You have accessed between 20% and 50% of the content within the refund request period
Partial refunds are calculated based on the amount of content accessed and the time elapsed since purchase.
2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have accessed more than 50% of the workshop or course content
- You have completed and submitted assignments or received personalized feedback
- You have participated in live sessions, collaborative exercises, or interactive components
- You have downloaded certificates of completion
- The reason for refund is based on personal circumstances unrelated to the quality or accessibility of the content
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- Access to content will continue until the end of the paid period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- A full refund may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
- After 30 days, a prorated refund may be considered for the unused portion if requested within the first 90 days
- No refunds are provided after 90 days from the purchase date
4. Group and Enterprise Purchases
For bulk purchases or enterprise licenses:
- Refund terms are subject to the specific agreement made at the time of purchase
- Contact your account manager or email support@venarolixent.com to discuss refund options
- Custom refund policies may apply based on contract terms
5. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content:

- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued
- Service credits or extensions may be offered as an alternative to refunds
6. Refund Request Process

- Include your full name, registered email address, and order or transaction number
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 10 business days from approval
- Bank or card processing time: additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
For purchases made using promotional codes, gift cards, or special discounts:
- Refunds are issued for the actual amount paid
- Promotional codes and discounts cannot be reinstated once a refund is processed
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable
- Gift card redemptions may be refunded according to standard policy terms
9. Bundled Products and Services
For bundled workshop packages or combined offerings:
- Refunds for bundled products are evaluated based on individual component access
- If one component of a bundle has been substantially accessed, the entire bundle may be considered non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be offered for unused components at our discretion
10. Account Suspension or Termination
No refunds will be provided if your account is suspended or terminated due to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or unauthorized sharing of content
- Abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants
- Misuse of platform features or resources
